Gayatri Agro

Gayatri Agro is located at 19, Lakshmi Garden. It’s in Kondayampalayam, which is under the Vaiyampalayam Post. The area is a bit quieter than the city center, which is nice for an agro business. We deal with farming supplies and things related to the land. Most days, we are out in the back or moving bags around. Lakshmi Garden isn't really a park, it's just the name of the area where our building sits. We see a lot of local people who are involved in agriculture. They come by and we talk about the season or what they need for their crops. Kondayampalayam has a lot of green around it, so it feels right to have Gayatri Agro here. We don't have any flashy signs, just the one with our name on it. It’s a simple setup with a lot of heavy lifting. The Vaiyampalayam Post handles our mail, and we get quite a bit of it. We have a small shed for some of the bigger tools and items. When the rain comes, we have to move everything inside pretty fast. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don’t sit behind desks all day. Most of the time, our boots are a bit dusty from the yard. It’s just the way things are when you work in the agro sector. We like being part of the Kondayampalayam community. It is a practical place for us to do our work and keep the inventory moving out to the farms.
