Sorrell Agro Products

Our spot is at 32 Induma Nagar, right on V K Road. It’s a good spot because we are quite close to Cheranma Nagar, so the trucks don't have too much trouble finding us. We handle agro products, so our warehouse is usually full of the smell of grain and earth. It’s a dusty environment, and we’ve all got used to it by now. We spend most of the day moving heavy sacks around and loading up vehicles for delivery. It’s hard on the back, and the warehouse gets pretty warm in the summer months. We don't have any fancy office space or air conditioning. Just some old fans and the big main door that we leave open for the breeze. The team is just a few of us who know the routine. We talk to the farmers and the drivers every day. It’s a simple way of doing things, no big corporate meetings or anything like that. Sometimes the market prices change and everyone gets a bit stressed, but we just keep working. We like the neighborhood here; it feels like a real community. If you come by, you’ll probably find us mid-task with a load of bags. We just keep our heads down and get the orders sorted. There is no magic to it, just lifting and shifting until the trucks are full and the yard is clear.
