Technobuild International

Our office is over at No. 1083 on Trichy Road. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something going on right outside our doors. We’ve been operating Technobuild International from this location, focusing on the construction and technical side of building things. Despite the fancy-sounding name, we are just a group of people who know how to put things together. We spend our mornings going over schedules and our afternoons out on various sites. Trichy Road is a good spot because it lets us get to different parts of the city fairly quickly, though the traffic can be a real headache sometimes. We deal with all kinds of building issues, from the initial planning to the final touches. It’s not always easy work, and there are plenty of days where things don't go according to plan. We have to be pretty flexible and ready to change things up when a problem arises. We don't really have a marketing person, so we just talk to folks directly. Our workspace is filled with old blueprints, some dusty boots, and a lot of coffee mugs. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We’ve been at this for quite a few years now, and we’ve learned that the best way to handle a project is just to stay on top of it every day. We’re just local people doing a job we understand, trying to keep busy and do the right thing by our clients.
