Task Event

We are located over in Surya Nagar, which is right by the Ondipudur post office here in Coimbatore. Our place is at 6/71 and it's where we handle everything for Task Event. It’s not a huge setup, just a regular space where a few of us get together to figure out how to put things together for people who need help with their gatherings. We’ve been in this part of Ondipudur for a bit now. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and making sure the supplies are ready. We don't have any fancy corporate speeches to give. If someone has a function coming up, they usually just drop by or give us a ring. The weather here in Coimbatore can get pretty warm, so we try to get most of our heavy lifting done in the mornings before it gets too heated outside. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just like doing our jobs and going home at the end of the day. You’ll find us right near the main residential blocks. Sometimes the traffic on the way to the post office gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is around here. We’ve got a small desk, a couple of chairs, and a lot of lists. It’s a simple way to run things, and it works for us. We just keep track of what needs doing and make sure it happens. There is always someone around during the day, usually.
