Suriya Hospital

We are located at No. 10 and 10-A on Arignar Anna Street, which is just off Annur Road. The hospital has a very local feel to it because we are right in the middle of the neighborhood. It is a basic building without any of the fancy glass and steel you see on the newer hospitals. We have a few wards and a dedicated space for surgeries. The staff here is used to the pace of Annur Road. We see people from all walks of life coming in for treatment. The reception area is small, and we have a few wooden benches for waiting. We don't have a marketing budget or a website with flashy photos. The rooms are simple with the necessary medical equipment. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy, but they keep the place cool enough for the patients. We use paper charts to keep track of everyone. The doctors are usually busy in the consultation rooms or the theater. It is a very straightforward way of running a hospital. We don’t promise anything other than medical care. The staff knows most of the regular patients by their first names. Being on Arignar Anna Street means we are part of the daily life here. We open up early and don't leave until the work is finished. It’s just a practical, local hospital serving the community every single day.
