Sree Abirami Hospital Private Limited

Sree Abirami Hospital Private Limited is at No. 33 Madukkarai Road in Sundarapuram. The "Private Limited" part is just what it says on the legal papers; to us and the people who live nearby, it is just the local hospital. We have been at this location for a long time now. The building has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. Inside, there is a desk where the admission papers are handled, and there is usually a bit of a wait during the busy morning hours. We have a pharmacy section where the shelves are packed with all sorts of boxes and bottles. The staff is mostly local, so there is a lot of talking in the halls between people who know each other. It is not a very quiet place, as there is always a trolley being pushed somewhere or a phone ringing at the station. We have some benches outside for people to sit if the waiting room gets too warm or crowded. The walls are a pale blue color that is supposed to be calming, though some parts are peeling a bit near the ceiling. We do not have a big corporate team running things; it is mostly just us trying to keep the schedule running and making sure the supplies do not run out. It is a practical, everyday kind of environment. We just do our best with the tools we have and make sure everyone eventually gets to see the doctor.
