Deepam Hospital

We’ve been here in Ramanathapuram for quite some time now. Deepam Hospital is just a place where people from around the neighborhood come when they aren't feeling well. It’s not a huge fancy building, but we have the basic things set up to help out. Most of the staff live nearby, so you usually see familiar faces when you walk in. The mornings get a bit crowded with people waiting in the lobby, and the street outside can be noisy with all the traffic. We try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit hectic sometimes. There isn't much to say about why we started, other than the fact that there was a need for a clinic in this part of town. We handle the usual stuff like fevers, checkups, and minor injuries. It’s a simple setup. The chairs in the waiting area have seen better days, but they do the job for everyone. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just know us because we’re on this road and have been here for years. If you need a doctor, you just come by. We try to get through the tokens as fast as we can. It’s just how things work here. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to switch on the backup, which everyone is used to by now. It’s a local place for local people. We keep the registers updated by hand and try to remember everyone's names. It's just a regular part of life for us here in this town.
