Super Engineering Patterns

We are located at No. 7, Poompuhar Nagar in the Gold Wins area. It’s right near the petrol bunk, which makes it an easy landmark for people trying to find us. Being close to the Civil Aerodrome Post means we hear the planes sometimes, but mostly we are focused on the pattern making. Making patterns for engineering is a slow, careful process. We use our hands and basic tools to get the shapes right. It’s not like those big factories where everything is automated. Here, it’s about looking at the drawings and making sure the wood or metal matches up. The shop is tucked away a bit, but we like the quiet of Poompuhar Nagar compared to the main roads. We have a few benches set up where the work happens. There’s always sawdust or metal filings on the floor by the end of the shift. We don't have a big team, just a few guys who have been doing this for years. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. It’s a steady pace. We don't rush things because if a pattern is wrong, the whole casting will be wrong later on. People come to us because they know we take the time to look at the details. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. The space is small but it serves us well for the work we do every day.
