Mylal Exports

We are located at No. 37 Machampalayam Road in Sundarapuram Post. It’s a decent area for what we do. We handle exports, mostly dealing with different parts and goods that need to go overseas. The office isn't very big, but we have enough room for the files and the samples. Machampalayam Road is usually busy with trucks and people going about their business. We’ve been here for a few years now. It started small and it’s still pretty small, but we have a good rhythm. The staff here are mostly local people from Sundarapuram. We don't use any fancy systems, just our own way of keeping things straight. It gets dusty sometimes with all the traffic outside. We spend a lot of time on the phone with shipping agents and people at the port. It’s a lot of back and forth. You have to be patient in this business. Things don't always happen when they're supposed to. We just take it as it comes. Sometimes we have to work late on Saturdays if there’s a big shipment due. It’s okay though, we get it done. The building itself is an old one but it stays cool enough. We don’t really do marketing. Most of our work comes from people we’ve known for a long time. It’s just how we operate. We don't need any more than that to keep going.
