It’s a local spot where many of us have lived for a long time. Our company is basically a group of neighbors who grow things. We have everything from small vegetable plots to larger fields. The idea was to bring everyone together so we could buy things like fertilizer in bulk and save some money. Farming in Valiyampalayam has changed over the years, and it's not as easy as it used to be. The costs keep going up but the prices we get for our produce don't always follow.
