You can find Sree Sai Balaji Traders at 2/1 in Ashok Nagar West. Koundampalayam is a busy part of town, but our little corner is relatively calm compared to the main road traffic. We’ve got a small storefront that’s mostly filled with the various products we trade. It’s not a huge place, so things tend to pile up near the back and along the walls. We spend a lot of time counting stock and writing out invoices by hand on our pads. There’s an old wooden desk that’s been here since we first opened, and it’s where most of the actual business happens. We get a lot of locals coming in just to chat for a few minutes or ask about the prices of things. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People mostly know us because we’ve been here at Ashok Nagar for a long while now. The morning is usually the busiest time when we are getting our deliveries and sorting through the crates. By the afternoon, it slows down enough for us to have a tea and catch up on the bookkeeping. It’s a humble setup, but it suits our needs just fine. We don’t see the point in making things more complicated than they need to be for a trading business. The fan in the ceiling squeaks a bit when it's on high, but it keeps us cool enough. If we have what you need, we’ll sell it to you at a fair price and that’s that.
