Our place is located at 21 Dr Nanjappa Road. If you are familiar with the area, we are right opposite the church, specifically the Church of Christ the King. It’s a very busy road, so there is always the sound of traffic and people walking by. The agency is housed in an older building that has been here for years. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles in the office. It’s just desks, some filing cabinets, and a lot of papers stacked up. We spend our time managing the agency work, which means a lot of coordinating and making sure things are on schedule. The church across the street is a good landmark because everyone knows it. Sometimes on Sundays, the area gets even more crowded, but we are usually closed then anyway. During the week, it’s a constant rush. We don't use any fancy marketing talk or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just a local agency doing its daily work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the ceiling fan makes a bit of noise, but it’s where we do our business. We know the other shop owners on Dr Nanjappa Road quite well. It’s a community of people just trying to get through their to-do lists. We’ve been here a long time and the routine stays pretty much the same day after day without much changing.
