Nano Foam Technology Pvt. Ltd.

We are over at No. 10/23 Christian Street in K. G. Chavady. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main roads, but we stay busy enough at Nano Foam Technology Pvt. Ltd. The building is mostly filled with the machines and materials we use for the foam products. It’s a weird business because foam takes up so much space but doesn't weigh much at all. We have big bags and blocks of stuff stacked up to the ceiling in some parts of the warehouse. The smell of the materials is something you get used to after a few days, though visitors always notice it right away. Most of our work involves checking the density and making sure the cuts are straight. It's more of a technical process than people think, but we just see it as another day's work. Our office is just a small corner with a few chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. We get a lot of local guys coming in to ask about different types of foam for their own projects. Sometimes we sit out front on Christian Street when it's quiet to get some fresh air. We aren't a massive factory, just a focused team trying to get the orders filled correctly and shipped out on time. There’s always a bit of scraps on the floor, but we sweep up every evening before locking the gates for the night.
