Acc Cement Works,Madukkarai(Holcim Group)

I work here at the Madukkarai cement works. Vinod Singh Negi stays at Q No N5 in the Acc Colony. It's a busy spot near the post office. We are part of the Holcim Group, which sounds big, but mostly it's just a lot of dust and hard work every day. People around Tamil Nadu know this place well because we've been here a long time. The colony is where most of us live and breathe the work. It isn't a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It is mostly concrete, heavy machinery, and getting things moved on time. If you need to reach out, Vinod’s email is on the list, though he’s usually out on the floor or dealing with some paperwork. Madukkarai has its own rhythm because of the plant. Life happens around the shifts. Sometimes the machines are loud, and sometimes it's quiet enough to hear the birds in the colony trees. We don’t spend much time writing fancy descriptions of what we do. The trucks coming and going tell the story better than I can. We just make sure the cement is ready when it needs to be. Most people know where the different blocks are located around here. We just keep things moving.
