Our place is at Number 8, Lakshmi Vaasal, on FCI Road in the Ganapathy area of Coimbatore. We are very close to the Vignaraja Ganapathy Temple, which makes us easy to locate. We are a family-run business, and we’ve been handling pandals and event setups for a long time under the Selvam Pandhal Nilayam name. Our yard is usually full of bamboo poles, large sheets of colorful fabric, and metal frames. It’s heavy work, and we spend most of our time outdoors setting things up for weddings or local festivals. Our office in Ganapathy is a simple room where we sit down with families to plan their events. It’s not fancy at all. There are old photos of pandals we’ve built on the walls and some simple wooden chairs. We don't have a corporate marketing strategy. We just rely on the fact that people in Coimbatore have seen our work at the temple or at their neighbors' weddings. It’s a lot of physical labor, often starting very early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do a decent job for the people who hire us. It’s a straightforward business built on hard work and knowing the local traditions. We just show up and get the structure built so the party can happen.
