Smart Events is over at No 178 / 1 on Kalpana Theatre Road in Kavundampalayam. It’s part of Chamundeswari Nager here in Coimbatore. The 641030 area is where we live and work. We spend our days organizing stuff for various functions. It is a lot of phone calls and list-making. The office is just a simple room where we keep our files and meet people. It’s nothing too special to look at. We chose this spot because it’s easy for people in Kavundampalayam to reach. Organizing events is mostly about making sure things show up on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a truck being late or the weather changing, and we have to fix it on the fly. That is the part of the job that keeps us on our toes. We don’t have a big staff, just a small group of us who know how to get things moved. We’ve been on Kalpana Theatre Road for a bit now. People stop by to talk about their plans, and we just listen and see what can be done. It’s practical work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just like seeing a setup come together at the end of the day. If you pass by Chamundeswari Nager, you’ll find us easily enough. We usually have some equipment lying around waiting for the next job.
