Sm International

Our place, Sm International, is located at 2/934 on Nethaji Main Street. It’s right in SR Nagar North. If you know the area, it’s a busy street with lots of shops and people moving about. We’ve been here for a while. Our office isn't very large, just enough space for a few desks and some storage. We handle various international trade bits and pieces. Mostly, we are on the phone or the computer checking on shipments and talking to suppliers. It’s a lot of back and forth. The street outside is always noisy with scooters and cars. Sometimes it's hard to hear, so we keep the windows shut. We aren't some big firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us making sure things go where they are supposed to go. We deal with a lot of different products depending on the month. The paperwork is the hardest part, really. Keeping everything in order takes up most of our morning. We usually grab lunch at the small stall down the road. It’s a regular life. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just try to be honest with people and get the work done. If a shipment is late, we tell the truth and try to find out why. People seem to appreciate that. SR Nagar is a good place to work, even if it gets crowded. We're happy staying right here on Nethaji Main Street.
