Selva Electronics

Selva Electronics has been sitting here on Gandhi Nagar Main Road for quite some time. If you walk down the main road, you can't really miss us. It’s a bit of a crowded area, but that’s just how Gandhi Nagar is. The shop is filled with all sorts of parts, wires, and gadgets that we work on daily. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is kept. People come in with broken TVs or radios, and sometimes just looking for a specific cable they can’t find anywhere else. We spend a lot of time sitting at the back bench with a soldering iron in hand. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we keep the fan running and just keep at it. We aren't part of some big chain. It’s just a local spot where people from the neighborhood drop by. Sometimes they just come in to chat about the weather or what's happening on the street. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just fix what's broken and sell what we have on the shelves. It’s a simple way to make a living. The sign outside is a bit old now, but everyone knows it. We just try to be fair with people and do a decent job so they come back next time their electronics act up. That’s our day, every day.
