Out in Kalapatty, you can find our office at No. 1/1 in the LN Nagar Extension. Slice Properties Private Limited is a small outfit, and we mostly deal with the land and buildings around this side of Coimbatore. It isn't a high-pressure environment here. We spend a lot of time looking at plots, walking through unfinished houses, and talking to people about where they want to live. Sometimes we are out in the sun for hours, and other times we are stuck inside doing the paperwork that comes with property deals. The office is pretty simple, just a few desks and some maps pinned to the walls. We don't have a receptionist in a uniform or any of that corporate stuff. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us drinking coffee and looking over some site plans. We have seen Kalapatty change a lot over the years, with more buildings going up every day. It’s a lot to keep track of, and sometimes the regulations change and make things a bit confusing for a while. We just take it one step at a time. We aren't trying to sell anyone a dream or use big words to sound important. We just know the local area and help people with their property needs. It is steady work, and we enjoy being part of the community here in Coimbatore.
