Skv Solids And Stones is located at number 2, Thiruchendur Murugan Nagar in Sulur. It’s a quiet enough area, and we’ve been here for a good bit now. Most of our work involves moving stone around and making sure we have what people are looking for. Sulur is a decent place to work out of. We have a lot of space for our materials, which is the main thing we need. You’ll usually see us out in the yard checking the stock. It’s dusty work, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the day. We don’t really do fancy marketing or anything like that. People mostly hear about us from their neighbors or contractors they’re working with. We just try to be fair and get the job done. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, especially when it rains and the yard gets muddy, but we keep going. We have a small office where we handle the bills and the phone calls. It’s mostly just a desk and a few chairs. We don't spend much time sitting down though. There’s always something that needs to be moved or loaded onto a truck. We’ve gotten to know the regular drivers who come by. It's a simple operation, really. We just focus on the stones and making sure they get to where they're going. It's honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till evening. That’s pretty much how it goes for us.
