Mahalakshmi Marble & Granites

Our place, Mahalakshmi Marble & Granites, is at 82/3 on the Salem Byepass Road in Karumathampatti. Being on the bypass makes it easy for big trucks to get in and out, which is a huge help for us. We have a mix of marble and granite here. The yard is usually full of slabs leaning against the frames. It’s a busy spot, and the sound of the traffic from the bypass is always in the background. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have the stone. People come here from all over the Karumathampatti area because they know we have a decent selection. We spend our time checking the slabs for any flaws and helping people load their trucks. It is heavy, slow work sometimes. We don't have a big marketing team writing stuff for us. We just know our stone. If you ask about a certain piece of marble, we can tell you where it came from and why it looks the way it does. The sun can be pretty hot out on the bypass road, so we try to get most of the moving done in the cooler hours. It’s a basic business. We buy stone, we store it, and we sell it to people who need it for their houses. There isn't much more to it than that. We just try to be honest and keep the yard running as best as we can. It’s just how things are done at our spot on the road.
