We are located on the first floor of No. 31 on North Usman Road in T. Nagar. Some people still call it Old No. 16, so it gets a little confusing for the delivery guys sometimes. T. Nagar is always a busy place, so getting in and out with equipment can be a bit of a headache with all the traffic. Sindu Building Equipments Ltd. has been operating out of this office for a long time now. We handle a lot of paperwork here for the rentals and sales of different construction tools. It’s not a huge office, just a few desks and a lot of files stacked up in the corners. We spend our day talking to site managers and trying to coordinate where the mixers and vibrators need to go next. It’s a bit of a juggle because projects always run late or start early. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just what we need to get the work done. The windows look out over the street, so we see all the hustle and bustle of the market below. It’s a practical setup for us because we’re right in the middle of everything. We keep things pretty simple here and don't try to be something we’re not. If you need to find us, just look for the sign above the shop on the ground floor and head upstairs.
