Our place is located at No. 15-B on Ayyasamy Koil Street. It’s right there in Jothipuram. If you know the area, you know it's a tight street, but we like it here. We do solar work, mostly small stuff for homes nearby. We started out with just a few tools and a lot of patience. Now, we have a bit more gear, but the way we work hasn't changed much. We climb onto roofs, check the angles, and try to get the most out of the sun. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. My hands are usually dirty by noon. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It’s just setting up panels and making sure the wires are tucked away properly so they don't get snagged by a branch or something. People in Jothipuram stop by to ask how much they can save. We tell them the truth, even if it means they don't buy anything that day. We'd rather they be happy with what they get. The office is small and sometimes a bit disorganized with papers, but we find what we need eventually. It’s a local operation, run by people who live nearby. We’ve seen the street change over the years, but the sun is still the same. Sometimes the temple bells next door are loud, but it’s a nice sound to work to.
