You can find us at D.NO. 95 Sesha Nilayam, right in the Racecourse area of Coimbatore South. SESHAN INFRASTRUCTURES LLP has been working out of this building for a while now. Racecourse is one of those parts of Coimbatore that still feels a bit green and open, which makes coming to work every morning a lot nicer than being stuck in the middle of the crowded city markets. The building itself, Sesha Nilayam, has its own character and isn't like those modern glass boxes you see everywhere today. We handle all our infrastructure planning from the rooms here. Usually, someone is always running out to a project site or coming back with mud on their shoes. It’s a very practical environment. We don’t really go in for big advertisements or corporate branding on the walls. Most of our day is spent looking at site reports and trying to keep everything on schedule. The 641018 neighborhood is pretty well-known, so most local folks don't have trouble finding the address once they get to Racecourse. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, but that’s just how it goes in an older building. We like the vibe here though. It feels more like a home than a stiff office. There’s usually a pot of coffee going and a stack of drawings waiting to be signed off by the end of the day.
