Selvasanthi Constructions Privatelimited is situated over at 43C Kannusamy Road in R S Puram. It’s a well-known area and we’ve been here for quite some time. Construction is our main thing. We handle the whole process from start to finish. The office is a straightforward place. We don't have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of paper. R S Puram is a busy part of town, so there's always something happening outside our window on Kannusamy Road. We like being in this neighborhood. It feels connected to the rest of the city. Our team consists of a few people who have been in the building trade for years. We’ve seen a lot of changes in how things are built, but the basics stay the same. You need good materials and people who know what they are doing. We spend our mornings checking on the various sites and our afternoons here in the office dealing with the administrative side of things. It’s not always glamorous. There’s a lot of dust and sometimes things don’t go according to plan, but that’s just construction. We don't make big promises we can't keep. We just do the work and try to be honest about the timelines. Most people in the area know who we are by now. We’re just local people doing a job we know well and staying busy.
