Santhana Lakshmi Traders

Santhana Lakshmi Traders is over on Mettupalayam Road at Shop No:37. We are in the Sri Lakshmi Nagar area, specifically near the Murugan Nagar Bus Stop. It is a convenient place because the bus stop brings a lot of people by our front door every day. We handle a variety of trading items, mostly things people need for their homes or small construction jobs. The shop isn't very big, but we pack a lot into the shelves and along the walls. Usually, one of us is sitting near the counter waiting for customers while the others are moving stock around in the back. Mettupalayam Road is a main stretch, so there is always noise from the trucks and buses passing by at all hours. We opened up here because it seemed like a good central point for the folks living in Sri Lakshmi Nagar and Murugan Nagar. We don't do much advertising; mostly people just see our sign when they are waiting for the bus or driving to work. We keep a simple notebook for orders and try to keep everything organized, though it gets a bit messy when a big delivery arrives and we have to unload it quickly. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change a bit, but we just keep doing what we do. It is a simple life running a trade shop on a busy road. We just try to have what people are looking for when they walk into the shop.
