Red Knot Exports

You can find Red Knot Exports at No. 26 Raja Annamalai Road, right in the Saibaba Colony area of Byculla West. It is a bit of a busy neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our doors. Our building isn't new, but it is sturdy and keeps the rain out during the monsoon. We spend most of our time dealing with suppliers and trying to figure out why things are taking longer than they should. It is a lot of coordination and sometimes it feels like we are just professional problem solvers. The desks are usually covered in post-it notes and empty tea cups by the end of the day. We do not have a receptionist or anyone like that, so if the phone rings, whoever is closest just picks it up. We do a lot of our own packing too when things get busy. Saibaba Colony is a good place to be because there are plenty of spots to grab a quick lunch. We do not spend money on fancy brochures or advertisements. We just rely on the fact that we have been here a while and know how the system works. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk until it comes back on. It is a simple operation and we do not try to make it sound like anything more than it is. We just want to get the job done and keep moving.
