Our small shop is tucked away on No 3, Jeeva Nagar Main Road in Vilankurichi. Being near the Canara Bank helps people find us when they are out doing their banking chores. We have been in Coimbatore for some time now. It’s a busy street, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We deal with various items and supplies, mostly things people need for their daily tasks. The shelves are always full, sometimes a bit cluttered because we get new stock often. My brother and I take turns sitting at the desk. We know most of the neighbors by name now. It’s not a huge corporation, just a local enterprise trying to keep things running smooth. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the front for a bit, but we move things fast. The building is older, but it stays cool enough in the heat. We don't spend much on decorations or big signs. A simple board outside does the job. Most of our customers live right here in Vilankurichi or drive in from nearby areas. It gets a bit dusty with the road traffic, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the counters. We aren't trying to be the biggest place in town. We just want to make sure when someone walks in, we have what they are looking for on the shelf. That’s how we spend our days here, just helping people find what they need for their homes or projects. It’s honest work.
