J. P. R Export is located over at No. 17/53 Roopanagar Kamachi Amman Koil Street. We have been in Ramanathpuram for quite some time and most people around here know where the street is. It’s a bit of a long name for a road but we’ve gotten used to writing it on every single form we fill out. Our day usually starts pretty early because the export business doesn't really wait for anyone. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking the latest updates on shipments. It’s not always easy and sometimes things get delayed but that is just how it goes in this line of work. The office isn't anything special to look at. We have our desks and our files and a lot of coffee most mornings. Being near the Kamachi Amman Koil temple means there’s a certain rhythm to the neighborhood that we appreciate. It feels more like a community than just a place where people work. We aren't some massive company with hundreds of employees. We are just a few people who know the trade and keep our heads down. We handle the logistics and the packing and the endless checking of addresses. Most of the time we are just focused on the next container or the next client who needs something sent out. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday.
