Odean Exports

Odean Exports is located out near Bharathiyar University, specifically at No. 106 Rk Shanmugam Chettiar Nagar on Thondamuthur Road. Being close to the university means there’s always people moving around, which is nice. We’ve been at this location for a while, handling the export side of things for various goods. It’s a lot of coordinating between different suppliers and making sure the transport is lined up. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks and a lot of filing cabinets for all the export records we have to keep. Thondamuthur Road can get pretty packed during the day, so we try to get our big deliveries sorted early in the morning if we can. It’s a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One minute you’re on the phone and the next you’re helping load a truck or checking a manifest. We don’t really go in for fancy titles or big office layouts. We just want to make sure the stuff we’re sending out actually gets to the destination in one piece. Sometimes things get delayed at the port or with the paperwork, and those are the stressful days. But mostly, we just keep plugging away. It’s a solid business and we like being in this part of town. If you’re ever near the university, you’ll probably pass right by us. We are usually inside dealing with the latest batch of shipping labels or logs.
