Right Developers

We are over at No. 7 Kamaraj Nagar. It’s a small, quiet street compared to the main roads around here. Right Developers is basically just a few of us working together to help people find and develop land. We don't have a huge office with a sign you can see from a mile away. Most of our work happens out in the field, looking at plots and talking to owners. When we are in the office, we’re usually looking at maps or going over some plans. It’s a straightforward business, and we try to keep it that way. Fancy presentations or using a lot of technical jargon isn't how we do things. If someone wants to know about a piece of land, we tell them what the situation is, including the bits they might not want to hear. Honesty is just easier for everyone in the long run. Kamaraj Nagar is a nice community, and we like being part of it. We’ve seen a lot of families move in and start their homes here. It’s rewarding to be a small part of that process. There isn't a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work we have in front of us. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing this long enough to know how to handle most problems that come up.
