Red Auto Care

You can find us right at the Gkr Nagar Entrance on Avinashi Road. We are in the R.G Pudur area of Chinniampalayam. Red Auto Care is the name we put up, and mostly we just fix cars and take care of what people need for their vehicles. The shop is right where the road gets busy, so there is always the sound of engines and tires on the pavement. We have a couple of bays where we work on the cars. It’s greasy and there are tools scattered around, but that is how a garage should be. We started this because we liked working on engines. It’s a lot of standing on concrete and getting our clothes stained with oil. We don't have a waiting room with a TV or anything like that. Most people just drop their cars off and come back later. We know the people around Chinniampalayam and they know they can just stop by. It’s a lot of hard work, especially when it’s hot outside and the hoods of the cars are even hotter. We don't use fancy computers for everything; we just look at the engine and figure out what’s wrong. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning till night. We like being right here on Avinashi Road. It’s a good spot and we plan to stay for a long time. There is always another car coming in and another job to be done.
