Our place is at No.20 on the first floor in the V.V.C Layout, which is right near Brookefields Mall in the R.S Puram area. It’s a prime spot, though parking can be a real nightmare on the weekends because of the mall crowds. We do trading for air-related equipment and industrial systems. It’s mostly about moving stock and talking to suppliers or customers about what they need for their factories. The office isn't anything special, just some desks and a lot of product manuals lying around. We’ve been operating as Green Air for a while now. Some days it’s just us answering emails and checking orders, and other days we’re out visiting client sites to see how their systems are holding up. R.S Puram is a nice part of town, and we like being close to all the shops and food places. It’s a mix of being professional and just being regular people trying to run a business. We have a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from moving boxes to handling the billing. We don't really go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just tell people what we have and how much it costs. It’s a decent living, and we’ve built up some good relationships with the other businesses around the layout. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It gets busy, but we manage fine.
