Red Ant Developers Private Limited

Red Ant Developers is a small outfit located at 30/1 Keelapalayam Street. We’ve been at this for a while now. Development work is mostly about managing a lot of moving parts at once. You have to talk to the workers, get the materials delivered, and make sure the permits are in order. It’s a lot of standing around on dusty lots and looking at drawings. Our street is usually pretty busy, so getting trucks in and out can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We aren't one of those massive companies with a hundred offices. It’s just us here, trying to get projects finished on time. We’ve learned that things rarely go exactly according to plan. You might dig a hole and find something you didn't expect, or the weather might turn bad for a week. We just handle it. We do various types of building and land work. It’s not always pretty, and the office is often full of dust from someone coming in from a site. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, the phone just rings and whoever is closest picks it up. We like the work though. There is something good about seeing a piece of land turn into something useful. We keep our overhead low so we can just focus on the building side of things. It’s a basic operation but it gets the job done.
