Trunk Exports

Trunk Exports is located over at No. 69-b in the Periyasamy Layout II area of Rathinapuri. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, especially when we have to tell delivery drivers how to find us near the Roots Ganpati area. We’ve been at this spot for a good while, and the layout has become very familiar to us. Our building isn't anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we can keep our records and manage the export side of things. Inside, you’ll find a couple of desks pushed together and stacks of boxes waiting to be moved. We don't go in for fancy decorations or marketing posters on the walls. Mostly, it’s just calendars and lists of what needs to go out this week. Rathinapuri is a decent neighborhood for a business like ours. It has a local feel to it, and we know many of the people who work in the nearby units. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, so we spend a fair amount of time wiping down the computers. We keep things pretty straightforward here at Trunk Exports. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy; we just talk to each other across the room to get things sorted. It can get a bit hectic when multiple orders come in at once, but we manage by taking it one step at a time. It’s a lot of logistical work, checking weights and making sure labels stay on in the heat.
