We’re based out in Thudiyalur, near the post office. It’s a bit quieter out here than in the city center, which is good for an industrial setup like ours. The building is a plain concrete structure that does the job. Inside, it’s all about the machines and the noise they make. We’ve been running this for a while, and the floor is stained with oil and marks from years of moving heavy parts around. There’s no lobby or air-conditioned waiting room. If you come to see us, you’ll likely find us in our overalls, probably elbow-deep in some maintenance or checking a production run. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just know how our machines work and how to keep them running. It’s a practical environment. The workers here are mostly locals from the Thudiyalur area. We know each other's families and we look out for one another. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit outside for a bit until it comes back on. It’s not a high-speed corporate life. We take things as they come and try to do a solid job every day. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a pile of finished parts ready to go out. We don't promise the world, we just promise to do the work we said we’d do. It’s a simple way to run a business.
