Our office is at No 45 3a Sathyamoorthy Road. It’s a standard spot in a busy neighborhood. M S Property Developers is basically a small team working out of this space to keep things running. Sathyamoorthy Road always has something going on, so there is plenty of noise from the street. The office itself is pretty simple. We have a few desks, some filing cabinets that are getting a bit full, and a table where we can spread out blueprints. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the paperwork that comes with property development. It’s not always the most exciting work, but it has to be done. We talk to a lot of different people every day, from landowners to people looking for a new place. We don’t really use a lot of big words or try to sound like a huge corporation. We’re just local people who know the area well. Sometimes we have to go out and check on sites, so the office might be empty for an hour or two. We try to keep things honest and tell people exactly what the situation is with a property. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication between us and the contractors. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to make sure everything is handled the right way. It’s a humble setup, but it works for what we do.
