Omega Computer & Networking

We are located on the first floor at 385 Bharathi Street. Omega Computer & Networking is basically a room full of cables, routers, and parts of old laptops. The stairs coming up are a bit steep so you have to watch your step. We do a lot of networking setups for local businesses and also fix up computers when they crash. It’s a messy job sometimes with all the soldering and dusting out old fans. Bharathi Street is a good location because there are plenty of other shops around and it’s easy for people to find us once they know we are on the first floor. We don't have any fancy furniture, just some sturdy workbenches and a few chairs that have seen better days. Usually, there is some music playing in the background while we work on a motherboard or try to figure out a server issue. It gets a bit hot in the summer months because the windows don’t let in much of a breeze. We have a lot of spare parts tucked away in every corner just in case we need them for a rush job. It’s a small operation but we have our regulars who have been coming to us for years whenever their internet goes down or their PC starts acting weird. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the gear back to the owners as soon as we can. It's simple work.
