Nikitha Syndicate

Our office is actually inside the Mayflower Utsai Apartment at No. 4f. Being on Bharathi Park Main Road is quite convenient for us, even if being in an apartment building feels a little different than a traditional storefront. We are on the fourth floor, and the elevator works most of the time, which is a relief. From the windows, you can see a bit of the trees from Bharathi Park. It is a peaceful spot for the Nikitha Syndicate team to sit and work. We have a kitchen area where we make coffee, and that is usually where most of our conversations happen. The office itself is just a few rooms converted into a workspace. We have desks tucked into corners and cables running along the floor in some places. It is a bit cramped when we have everyone in at the same time, but it works for us. We do not have any corporate banners or slogans on the walls. It is just white paint and some calendars. We spend our hours on the phone or working through spreadsheets. The neighborhood is nice for a quick walk during the afternoon break. It feels more like a home than a cold business office. We like that it is low-key. Most of our clients are people we have known for years. We do not feel the need to be flashy. We just handle the syndicate's business and go home.
