Nano Foam Technology Private Limited is tucked away on Christian Street in K.G.Chavady. Our address is 10/23, and it’s a modest setup. Despite the name, we aren't some massive tech giant. We work with foam, which is actually more interesting than it sounds once you get into the details of it. The facility is mostly storage and a few machines for processing. K.G.Chavady is a quiet enough place compared to the big cities, but we stay busy. The smell of the materials is something you get used to after a few days. We started this because we saw a gap in what was available locally. It’s been a learning process for all of us. There are days when the machines act up and we have to spend all afternoon fixing them instead of producing anything. That’s just part of the deal. We have a handful of employees who live nearby. We aren't much for corporate speeches or big mission statements. We just try to make sure that the foam we produce is what the customers asked for. The paperwork usually piles up on the small desk in the front, and the phone rings more than we’d like, but it’s a good kind of busy. We don’t use much jargon or try to sound smarter than we are. We just know how to work with the materials we have and get things out the door on time.
