ACE AUTOMATION

We operate ACE AUTOMATION out of 228/1, M.G.R. Street in Sivanandapuram. It’s near the Saravanampatti Post, so the mail usually finds us okay. Our focus is on making things work automatically, which sounds more complicated than it actually is once you get into the wires and sensors. The shop is full of boxes and half-finished setups. We spend a lot of our time looking at diagrams and trying to figure out why a motor isn't turning when it should. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. M.G.R. Street is a decent place to work, and our neighbors are mostly quiet. We aren't a big corporation, just a few people who enjoy tinkering with electronics and mechanical parts. We usually have a radio playing in the background while we work on the benches. It keeps the energy up during the long afternoons. Sometimes we get a bit frustrated when a part doesn't arrive on time, but that’s just life in this business. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the back with our sleeves rolled up. We like the hands-on nature of the work. It’s satisfying to see a machine start moving on its own after you’ve spent hours setting it up. We just take one project at a time and try to do a decent job for whoever asks.
