Our place is located at 12/340 on Thiruvalluvar Street, right near the Vellankinar Pirivu junction. If you know the G.N. Mills area, it’s not too hard to find us. We’ve been operating out of this building for a few years. It’s a busy street with a lot of shops and people moving around all day. Inside, it’s mostly desks and some test equipment. We spend a lot of our time looking at parts and trying to figure out why things aren't running right. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. The street outside can get noisy with all the bikes and trucks heading towards the post office. We usually start around nine and stay until the work is finished. Sometimes that means late evenings if a customer has an emergency. We aren't a big corporation or anything like that. Just a small team of us working here. There is a small bakery nearby where we get our snacks. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with manuals and spare components. We don't have a receptionist, so if someone walks in, whoever is closest to the door helps them out. It's a simple setup. We focus on the service side of things mostly. Every day is different depending on what comes through the door. It’s just honest work in a local neighborhood and we like it.
