Our spot is located at S.F. No. 335/2B, which is right near Venus Rubbers in Kalappanaicken Palayam. If you are coming from Somayampalayam, it is a bit of a trek down some roads that aren't always in the best shape. We like it out here, though. It is a bit quieter than being right in the center of the city. The facility is a large shed with some office space partitioned off in the corner. We don't have any flashy signs or billboards. Most people who come here already know where we are or they are following a map pretty closely. The yard gets a bit muddy when it rains, so we have some planks laid out so people don't ruin their shoes. Inside, it is all business. We have our equipment set up and the staff knows the routine by heart. We don’t talk much about goals or visions; we just talk about the schedule for the week. The tea breaks are the highlight of the day for most of us. We sit outside if the weather is decent. It’s a bit of a struggle to get good cell service in some parts of the building, which can be annoying, but we manage. We’ve been here for a while and the building has some cracks in the floor and the windows are a bit dusty, but it works for us. It’s just a regular industrial unit doing its thing every day.
