Kameeno Exports

Our shop is at 508 A Mettupalayam Road. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic passing by all day and night. We’ve been at this location for a while now. Kameeno Exports is what we call it. We mostly deal with agricultural products and textiles, whatever comes our way that looks like it has a market elsewhere. The office is basically one big room with some desks and a lot of samples lying around. It's a bit of a mess, to be honest. We have fabric swatches on one side and bags of grain on the other. But that's just how we work. We don't have a cleaning crew or anything. We just sweep the floor ourselves at the end of the day. Mettupalayam Road is great for logistics because the trucks can get to us easily, even if the traffic is annoying. We don't do much in terms of advertising. People usually hear about us from other traders. We keep things simple. No corporate talk, no long meetings. If someone wants to buy, we give them a price. If it works, it works. We’ve had some rough months where nothing seems to go right, but we just keep showing up. That’s the secret, I guess. Just staying in the game. We’re just local folks trying to make a go of it in a competitive world. We take it one day at a time here.
