It is a bit further out from the main city, so it is a little quieter here, which is nice. We have a good amount of space at our site. The building is simple, mostly brick and some corrugated sheets. We spend a lot of time out on the floor. There is a small office where we keep the ledger and the phone. It is usually just one or two people in the office while the rest are out back. Pollachi Road has a lot of trucks passing by, but once you turn into our gate, it is mostly just the sound of our own work. We have got some trees around the perimeter that provide a bit of shade. The weather here can get quite dry. We have been at 3/119 A for years. Most of the people around Myleripalayan know where we are. We do not do any big advertising or anything. People just come by when they need something. Kondaia Engg Company Pvt.Ltd. is just a straightforward business. We have our routines and we stick to them.
