You can find us over at 172-C/3 in Jayaprakash Nagar. That’s in the Ganapathy area, which is pretty easy to get to if you know the landmarks. Kiruba Spintex Services is mostly about keeping things running. We spend a lot of time with parts and repairs. The office isn't very big, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it’s where we do all our planning. There are always tools lying around because there is always something that needs fixing or checking. We’ve been in Ganapathy for some time now. The neighbors know us as the folks who are always working late. Sometimes the tea stall down the street is our main hangout during breaks. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to our customers and tell them what we can do. Some days are really busy and we are running around everywhere. Other days are quieter and we catch up on the cleaning. It’s a basic operation. We don't use much technology beyond what’s necessary for the work itself. Most of our records are kept in big ledgers on the shelf. It’s how we’ve always done it, and it works fine for us. If you come by, you’ll probably see us in our work clothes, covered in a bit of oil or dust. That's just part of the job here at Jayaprakash Nagar, and we don't mind it at all.
