Khagaria Leap Agri Logistics Private is located at 484 Kamaraj Road in the Uppilipalayam area of Coimbatore. It’s a very busy part of town and there is always something going on outside. Since we handle agri logistics, we spend a lot of time looking at schedules and talking to truck drivers. The office is right there on the main road, so it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. Mostly just maps and calendars to keep track of where everything is supposed to be. The heat in Coimbatore can be pretty intense, so the office is a place to get out of the sun for a bit. It’s a lot of phone work and making sure the loading and unloading is happening on time. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. We don't try to be anything we aren't; we are just a logistics company making sure food and farm products move from point A to point B. The traffic on Kamaraj Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, so we often stay a bit late to finish up our paperwork after things have calmed down. It’s hard work and the days are long, but that is just the nature of the logistics business around here. We just focus on keeping the trucks moving and the farmers happy with their transport. Sometimes we even have to help out with the packing if someone is out sick.
