Jai Events

We spend a lot of time here in Coimbatore at our place on Door No. It gets pretty warm in the afternoons, so we usually keep the fans running high while we sort through all the event supplies. Doing events means there is always a bit of a mess with papers, flower samples, or lighting gear laying around the room. People stop by to talk about their family gatherings or small office functions. We do not have a big fancy office, just this spot where we sit and plan things out. Most days are spent on the phone or writing down long lists in our notebooks. It is a lot of manual work, like moving chairs or checking on decorations. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when two events happen on the same weekend, but that is just how it goes for us. We have been in this neighborhood for a while now. The street outside can get noisy with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. It is not always glamorous. We deal with late deliveries and sometimes things do not arrive exactly how they should. We just try to fix it on the spot. If you walk past, you will probably see us drinking tea and staring at a floor plan. It is a simple operation here in 641012. We handle the local stuff, weddings, or maybe a birthday. There is usually a lot of dust from the road, but we keep the doors open anyway. It is just us doing what we can.
