Infinity Event Management

We are located at No 31 in Phase 2 of Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. Our office is in the Kongumaa Nagar Bankers area, which is near the Ganapathi Post. Saravanampatti has changed a lot with all the new buildings, but our little corner is still relatively quiet. We work on managing all kinds of events. The office itself is just a regular room with a couple of computers, some desks, and lots of folders. It’s where we do all the boring paperwork and make the phone calls that keep things moving. We aren't a high-powered corporate firm with a polished image. We are just a few people who enjoy putting events together. Most of our days are spent checking in with caterers, decorators, and venue owners. It’s a lot of list-making and double-checking things. We don't have a fancy reception area or a big sign. Most people find us through word of mouth or by seeing us at work in the neighborhood. We’ve been based in Saravanampatti for several years now. Sometimes it gets a bit messy in here with all the floor plans and sample materials, but we know where everything is. We don't use any marketing slogans. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them organize whatever they have planned. It’s a lot of work, but we’re used to the pace of it by now.
