Incado International

Incado International is based over in Peelamedu, specifically at Sanjay No.- 4 on First Main Road in Annanagar. It’s a decent area with plenty of activity. We have a small office here where we coordinate everything. Despite the name sounding big, we’re actually a pretty small operation. There are just a handful of us managing the day-to-day tasks. We deal with international trade, which means a lot of late nights because of the time differences. You’ll often see a light on in our window when the rest of the street is dark. Our desks are usually covered in shipping documents and samples. It’s not the most organized-looking place, but we have our own system that works. We aren't interested in being a big corporation. We like knowing our clients and knowing exactly what’s happening with every shipment. The building is older, but it’s sturdy and suits us just fine. Peelamedu is a good place to be because everything we need is close by. We don’t have a PR person to write fancy things about us. We just handle the logistics and make sure the goods move from one place to another. It’s practical work. We’ve been here for a few years now and hope to stay for many more. It’s just regular people working hard in a local office. We take it one day at a time and try to stay on top of things.
